Bench is an Italian town of 1,973 inhabitants located in the province of L'Aquila, Abruzzo. The territory included within the Monti Marsicani and partly within the boundaries of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, in turn, is part of the Community Member mountain Peligna.
